Joyce,
My suggestion is to just publish it as a CITO Event? If
you publish it and if they are going to supply lunch then they will
show. I am trying to get the CITO Event going up in Cuiver River State
Park. I have never done one either but I am hosting one myself on March
7, I know it is a lot of leg work but it is worth it after it is said
