I volunteered to help maintain Down By The River in St. Charles. Since I no
longer work in Earth City it is not feasible for me to help with it. I'm
wondering if someone would be willing to help the owner maintain it. It gets
a lot of no finds because it is a pretty hard one to find. If I remember
right I have only had to replace it one time because it was missing.
