Gary, 

Welcome to SLAGA.  Yeah, you could say that and would probably get no
arguments.  We love to socialize and eating is the best way.  There's an
event in Moonshine IL on Saturday that is thrown by another Geocaching
Association.  My guess is that there will be at least 10-15 SLAGA members
there also.  Ok, how many of us are going to the Moonshine event??   I'll be
there with my wife.  Who else is coming???
