Timothy, I would contact your CC company/bank and
dispute the charge. Generally the differance will be
in credited to your account in a matter of a few days
(worst case is usually 4 to 6 weeks). I did have one
situation like yours but with Texas Roadhouse. I just
contacted my bank about the disputed charges and it
was corrected in a few days. I deal with it that way
instead of going to the business and haggling it out
with them.
