Seems like he took off between feb 15-23rd. I was there mar 30th and he was
long gone already. I haven't seen him around town either..

The travel bug is very likely history.  I was the last
one 'not to find' the Triple Cache.Here's a note from
the cache owner:

temporarily archived after the first of three caches is
gone again. I suspect that during the recent shakespear
festival that a cleanup crew may have found it as it was
hidden in an area that would have been heavily used.
