Well, I've put this on the back burner since I have access using the phone
and iPad using data.
I run Norton on my desktop and nothing there. Resetting the modem/ router
made no difference. Doing a search on that message indicated others were
having that issue (different URL of course) too but no solution.
Others said that att uses long term IP addresses so just rebooting gets the
old one back. Others recommend shutting off power to the modem and router
for 8-10 hours and a different IP would be assigned. Problem there is I
have an alarm system so all night it would beep because of no connection.
I'll try contacting ATT and see if they will just assign a new IP address
for me.
