[gameprogrammer] Makefile utility

I was wondering if anyone knew of a tool or utility to create makefiles and project files. 


Right now RakNet supports

Visual Studio 6, 2005, 2008, 2010
DevCPP
Code blocks
Netbeans
Automake
Makefile
I don't want to update all these things every time I add a file. Is there something I can use to have all the info in one source, and to make these things automatically?
