[Bug] b15 pv4: OutOfBounds exception on printing

Run FTC on Mac OSX (here: 10.3.9)
1. Start FTC
2. Call print function (format - print page)
3. Set page settings to "US Brief"
4. In Print Dialog call "Save as PDF"
5. Print the document to PDF file
6. Bug: the program breaks with an OutOfBounds exception in the FTC print
function.
