files (including a win32 binary build of the distro tool) and created an

The C# code is windows specific and requires .NET framework 2.0 which is
available for machines running windows XP SP2 or higher.
A small gotcha is that windows 7 and 8 will fail to bind on port 80
unless the program is run in administrator mode and the method being used
to currently does not support this option yet. In other words run the
front-end server on another port like 8080.
