i don't think that it's is problem with your system, but the audio in
3gp is encoded in amr format, which is a proprietary standard and the
free software community has decided not to support this standard.
techies in the group, please write back, if i am wrong.
i use the software "MobileMediaConverter" to convert 3gp format to
comfortable formats.
