Friends,
I will not make the meeting tomorrow night. We need to plan what to do about
the water project for Nuevo. Need to get details on what town of Telica plans
to do and when it would be operational and cost.
But we have not yet gotten any firm price from either Douglas or Max so far so
there's not much that can be decided at this point - except to wait some more.
However, the dry season is just around the corner so too much delay is not
without complications.
