Perhaps the best case for the importance of punctuation I've ever seen:
"I like cooking my family and my pets. Use commas. Don't be a psycho."
I'm sure glad we don't keep turkeys as pets.

Greetings Fellow Toastmasters,
Our toastmasters for the evening was Colette Smith. 10 members and one
guest. Theme was being grateful.
Highlights of the evening
1. 1st speaker was Issac Ramiriz with Neuroplasticity and he ended his
speech thanking everyone in the room. He was grateful to everyone for
making him the happiness he's ever been in many years. (I sat behind Robin
and he turns to me and says to me there's something in my eyes). It might
have been tears. Not sure because I had something in my eyes.
2. 2nd speaker was Jonathan Kolber. Mandela effect. Oscar Mayer, Rich
Uncle Pannybags, and Volvo. That's not how I remember it.
3. 3rd speaker Lori High. It's a big world out there. Great call out
on mentorship to Ray and Dirk. Drank the kool aid. Show up, they won't
find you, you have to find them.
4. Table Topics master was Jeff Stoll. Ashley if you join, we'll give
you a new name. Colette with is a wrap a sandwich. Robin with what is
your favorite thing growing up? Robin grew up on a farm. Played with
animals and do whatever with the animals and not get caught. (did anyone
wonder what Robin meant by whatever with the animals?)
5. Ribbon winners: Best Speaker: Lori High
Best Table Topics: tie with Ashley and Lori
Best Evaluator: Katelynn Pau
Final thoughts for the evening:
Congratulations to all the Ribbon Winners. I thought all the speeches
were well done and Jeff Stoll had wonderful and interesting questions for
everyone. I was General Evaluator and I concur with the secretary in that
it was another fantastic meeting. Quotes because I like quotes: Whenever
you correct someone's grammar just remember that nobody likes you. -----
