You are welcome, and I'm glad you enjoyed our Movie Night event.It was a huge success as everyone who attended walked away learning something. We try to have events like this every six weeks or so to keep things interesting and have our membership learn an assortment of skills to improve everyone's communication skill.

Regarding the movies... The DVD's were not mine, but I am in possession of two DVD's thatt we did not use. I'd be happy to attend one of your meetings and show two speeches then lead the discussion with your group as we did on Movie Night. Would this be "Movie Day?"

Would next week work for you?

Not to mention the raffle. I hope it is alright but I will be extending an invitation to other members of our

Stick-Together Toastmasters to attend one of your meetings.

Would it be possible for our club to see two of the championship speeches at one of our meetings? I bet they would be thrilled

And it would provide them with such knowledge. Let me know.

Greetings!

The Front Range Toastmasters Club is proud to be hosting Movie Night this Thursday (12/3/09) at 7:00 PM at Thornton City Hall (I-25 & Thornton Parkway). We will be showing some of the World Champion Public Speech presentations and having an open discussion about what makes them "World Class."

The evening will be exciting and educational, with the discussion facilitation being conducted by Toastmasters District 26 Lieutenant Governor of Education and Training, Julia Davis.

The event is FREE and popcorn and drinks are provided.

If you are available Thursday night and would like get out and have some real entertainment, please join us!
