Spoke to Greg Overton at IDEM this morning. He's heard nothing about a best
practices document. Greg sometimes handles electronic recycling issues for
IDEM. I gave him Michelle Cohen's name and phone at Indiana Recycling
Coalition. He will check his contacts within IDEM and get back to me.
Do you recall who you talked to at IDEM?
Also sent message to Greens in central Indiana re Indiana Recycling
Coalition. They've been around since about 1996. IRC was located in
Indianapolis but is now located in Bloomington. IRC probably got off the
ground when IDEM still had a grant program for grassroots organizations.
