The Har'el Beit Midrash in Jerusalem is searching for a COO. Here is a news

The program is presently P/T and the job of the COO would be to work with
the rosh beit midrash to make it F/T for next year. Right now the
position is half time with the potential to grow to F/T. The person would
need to be intelligent, educated, organized and enthusiastic about this
unique project.
The job description:
* Program and Operations Manager*
a. Work with the Rosh Beit Midrash to establish necessary
infrastructure, both physical and educational
b. Development strategy
c. *Prepare project proposal*
d. Determine Venue
e. Publicity
f. Ongoing management and follow up
Rosh Gadol – takes initiative
Gets things done in a timely fashion
Emotionally intelligent. Understands networking
Education - college degree

Fluency in English and Hebrew
Understand Israel non-profit environment - setting up amutot
Editing and writing
Computer literate – word, exel, wordpress, webinar technology
Minimum online publicity- facebook
*Activities*
Strategic planning. Fundraising (not doing the asking necessarily)
Website posting and maintenance
Assisting with newsletter
Fundraising follow up
Arrange SIR and fundraising trips
Liaising with other institutions
Help plan and implement educational programming. Summer programs. Programs
in USA
