Shalom. Our American Friends organization (a registered 501c3) is
looking for a very part-time (1-2 hours weekly) "virtual
assistant./address" We need the ability to have:
1- an address in New York state
2- someone open the mail, deposit checks via smartphone app, and send scans
of the checks to our bookkeeper
3- "deal" with any other mail (normally by sending scans to the executive
director or physically mailing to a student/staff member coming to Israel)
4- answer emails from our Israel office staff
5- ideally be able to sign checks or other forms as needed (and send to a
second signatory). This happens rarely.
I am unsure if there are services/companies that could provide
professional, timely service on an ongoing basis. If anyone has any
suggestions please let me know.
