Resource Development Position Available
* Title: Director of Development
* Half-time or full-time position
* Work in office in Jerusalem (important that the person be one of the
team and understand the organization from within) - with flexibility
* Job description: Oversight and management of fundraising for the
organization, including strategic planning, overseeing grant and report
writing, direct solicitations to private donors, donor relations, events (at
present most of the income is from foundations and federations).
* Ideal candidate: Will identify with the mission of Mavoi Satum, have
experience in a senior fundraising role, mother tongue English, good level
of Hebrew language, excellent interpersonal skills, confident and diplomatic
