just to be clear (and i've said it many times in the past), commissions and
percentages are immoral, unethical and should be illegal in fundraising
work.
do your job, get paid a salary. do it poorly, take a pay cut or get fired.
do it well, get a bonus or a pay raise. but, the bonus or raise can not be
based as a percentage of what you brought in....!

My boss and I are having a disagreement about compensation for fundraisers
and I wanted to take a very short survey here on the fundraiser's forum.
There are only two questions and please remember that I'm talking about
compensation for fundraisers and not telemarketers.
1. In what country is your home base?
2. Are you (or your fundraisers) paid salary, commission or a combination
of both? If a combination please specify as much as possible.
