*Culture and Arts NGO in Jerusalem seeks full time Director of Strategic
Partnerships *
*The Director of Strategic Partnerships *will formulate and implement a
comprehensive development strategy in partnership with senior leadership,
with the support of professional and administrative staff; s/he will manage
all development efforts, solicit and steward major donors, develop
corporate and other creative partnerships, and reach out to new resources
in accordance with a defined development strategy. This position includes
overseas travel.
*Requirements: *proven senior fundraising experience including solicitation
of major gifts; strategic thinker and outstanding relationship and
partnership builder; experience in strategic planning and implementation;
senior management experience; passionate about culture and the arts as well
as diversity and coexistence; savvy and proactive, with a positive approach
and excellent communication skills; team player; Excellent English; Hebrew
skills are a significant plus.
