· תואר אקדמי

· ניסיון מוכח בפיתוח משאבים כולל כתיבת בקשות למענקים

· מתמצא בפילנתרופיה בצפון אמריקה ובישראל

*Job Description**:*
- Identifying potential donors and funding resources for the project
- Creating a strategic work plan for resource development
- Soliciting grants from private donors, the business sector,
foundations, and Federations in Israel and abroad
- Preparing and sending grant proposals in English and Hebrew
- Tracking proposals and sending follow-up reports
- Cultivating and maintaining relationships with potential and existing
donors
*Requirements:*
- Academic Degree
- English at mother-tongue level and fluent Hebrew (writing, reading and
speaking)
- Ability to identify new funding resources
- Proven experience in resource development including writing grant
proposals
- Familiar with social organizations, funding and philanthropic sources
in Israel and abroad
- Computer savvy; experienced with Internet, Word and Office
- Familiar with philanthropy in North America and Israel
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- “Rosh Gadol”, focused, strategic and creative
- Ability to handle pressure and deadlines
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
