Israel Toremet's UK option charges 4.4% on credit cards and 2.5% on checks.
50% of their donations come in from mobile... so a good portion of the
donations are on credit cards. Some of this may be negotiable. Good luck.
PEF does not charge, but may not necessarily release the money as quickly as
you would like.
I personally used PEF for a fundraising project, as was very pleased with them.
