Welcome to the list! I'm not a programmer myself (accept for some
JavaScript and bits of other languages I've picked up), but using the

Hello, My name is Richie and I currently live in Anchorage, Alaska. I just
subscribed to the list. I am most interested in computers, software,
freeware/shareware products, and on-line services available to blind and
visuallyimpaired users. I'm totally blinc, know nothing about programming
or writing scripts, but I do like testing various software programs, such as
screenreaders, software synthesizers, and audio/video software. I look
forward to learning new and interesting developments in software
advancement, as well as techniques to make using the computing fun and
