Those settings look good, except that 5 fatal bounces may be a bit high -- 
that means it'd take five 5xx errors (such as "user unknown") for him to 
be unsubscribed.

Make sure you still have the REPORTS flag.  The reports are still there, 
and in fact, I received the report on your freelists-users post before I 
even received the post itself.
