Michael Bunk started to write a script called `teiaddphonetics`, adding IPA
pronunciation transcriptions to almost each dictionary. Unlike a previous
version that existed a long time ago, the current version uses Espeak or
Espeak-ng which comes with a broad language support and the ability to generate
the IPA for us.
The script is now integrated into the build system. All our dictionaries from
the downloads page now have the IPA with them, at least when the reconversion
process is over (this takes a few hours).
