There has definitely been mail to both lists in the past two weeks.
freeciv-dev@freelists gets email from Gna (which is still up), and I and
others have posted a couple of messages to freeciv-i18n@freelists.
I have seen mail to both through my own subscriptions.
I see that you are subscribed to both lists through my administrative
view of the lists, and can't see anything wrong with the subscription.
Even more, I managed to post my first bug report on hostedredmine today
(registered for some time there), and that didn't made it to this list
either (nothing in the archive). But I got a private copy.
Hostedredmine changes do not currently generate any traffic to any
mailing list; if you want to see them you have to subscribe directly to
hostedredmine.
Wonder whether I'm the only one, and whether this mail' make it.
I've seen your post (obviously).
