A new stable release of Freeciv, 2.5.11, is available as source code for
download.
This is a minor bugfix release. The main reason for the release is to
fix a Windows crash in 2.5.10. See the full list of changes:

Download the source tarball from one of our mirrors, linked from
<http://www.freeciv.org/download.html>.
(Windows packages should follow shortly at the same location.)
