As the weekend begins from Thursday evening and I plan to make the
release then, the string freeze will begin on Thursday 25.3 at Noon
UTC to have the minimum length of one full week.
There are still some translatable string changes expected before
2.6.4, some of them even only after 3.0.0-beta1 has been released.
There is at least one patch with string changes still coming.
