[foxboro] rmount problem

Hi list,

Here's a problem for a Friday afternoon.

I have a C-style AW-51 that has been acting up. I can no longer rmount any
remote host from it, nor can I rmount it on any other host. Here's the error
message (after a lengthy delay) if I try to rmount a remote from this box
that has problems:

    15AW01# rmount 04AW01 /rem/04AW01
     access of remote root failed : Bad file number

Likewise, if I try to rmount that box from another one, I get essentially
the same error message:

    04AW01# rmount 15AW01 /rem/15AW01
    mount: cannot stat mount-point /rem/15AW01.
    mount: Bad file number

I can telnet to this box fine, and it apparently runs its apps okay. I
rebooted it last Friday, it came back up without any problem, but this
problem persists.

A cursory search at the sun.com site didn't turn up anything, nor did a
Google search.

Where should I start to look? Thanks!
