[foxboro] r_hsfetch

To all,
I have an AW70 at ver 8.3 used as an AimStar remote collector that stopped
running the r_hsfetch program for no apparent reason. The result is the
operator trends will not show history and the current alarm display doesen't
catch all of the alarms. This historian is the second historian needed for
operator trends. The remote collector point historian still works fine and
sends all of the point data to the off platform historian. Has anyone ran into
this problem before and if so what was the cause?
