The OAJ logs any program/script that is run through DM/FV. Since it appeared
in your OAJ log, it was invoked through DM/FV.
tc_start is a script that run foxoltc. I believe that foxoltc is the On-Line
Trend Configurator for FoxView.
Configured any trends on-line lately?
