Just a quick guess as it's going home time, but I believe that is the device
manager, even though I have never seen these errors. Rebooting who-ever is the
current device manager may help.

Subject: [foxboro] nfd_debug

Hi list,
One of my AW51s (Solaris, I/A V6.5.3) ran out of disk space in the /opt
partition over the weekend. I got clued in when checking the weekly SaveAll,
which failed for *some* of the CPs hosted by this AW, but not the others.

At any rate, I tracked the problem to the file /opt/fox/sysmgm/nfd/nfd_debug,
which is growing as we speak, filling up available disk space in that partition.

Here's a 'tail' of the file:

2010-09-07 16:09:41 2. I_OVERRIDE: No Action
2010-09-07 16:09:41 ev_heartbeat(): Setting g_my_connection_type -> 4000
2010-09-07 16:10:01 ev_timeout: my_state: Not Master, Not Refreshing (Can Be
Master) --- num_stas: 11
2010-09-07 16:10:11 Heartbeat Rcvd: Master: 01CI08, Override: 1, Mast_type: 7d
-- my_state: Not Master
2010-09-07 16:10:11 2. I_OVERRIDE: No Action
2010-09-07 16:10:11 ev_heartbeat(): Setting g_my_connection_type -> 4000
2010-09-07 16:10:32 ev_timeout: my_state: Not Master, Not Refreshing (Can Be
Master) --- num_stas: 11
2010-09-07 16:10:42 Heartbeat Rcvd: Master: 01CI08, Override: 1, Mast_type: 7d
-- my_state: Not Master
2010-09-07 16:10:42 2. I_OVERRIDE: No Action
2010-09-07 16:10:42 ev_heartbeat(): Setting g_my_connection_type -> 4000

My question: What is writing to this file? And what should I do to stop that
process, or at least preventing it from logging to this file?

Thanks for any help.

Duc
