Given all the different ways of doing stuff in FoxView (Faceplates vs. 
Symbols vs. direct links in displays), not to mention the structure of 
.g files which is rather parser-unfriendly, any utility to extract 
alarming points from fdf displays depends much more on your individual 
setup than with DisplayManager.

Using Faceplates, you would probably check first which of your 
Faceplates has a link to the .ALMSTA parameter, then look for 'inst' 
statements of those Faceplates in the display dumps and finally hunt for 
Compound and Block name in the 'userdata' line.
