Waleed, For ICC specific messages look in the ICC manual appendix (B0193AV). For other errors try Foxboro manual B0700AF. It's title is V8.x System Error Messages, but many (if not most) of the messages exist in older systems too. I don't know if there is a better reference for earlier systems.
