I have 6 DM Licenses but only 5 DM;s configured. The Thin Client uses 4 of
them....and the terminal server one. When the Thin Client starts its 4th DM I
get a message after it starts correctly with no issues saying available but
"Display Manager Not Available". I'm not calling for any more so trying to
figure out why this would be happening.

You get No Foxview Available when you have used them all up, or the ones you do
have are dedicated to other screens..
