So is this the same dell hardware.
Did you restore from old backup or day0 the new WP.
If you fist the machine itself what gets returned?

cd /opt/fox/bin/tools
fist TCXP01 (use your letterbug)

what info is returned

Thank you for this, but it is not a new WP.
This WP was operating for years. A few days ago it was damaged and I replaced 
the computer with a brand new one. I kept the same RCNI with the same 
letterbug. I suppose that after the installation, it should be alive without 
doing anything to the AWs.
In case I am wrong, please correct me or suggest me to try something.
