In horn.cfg ....configure Console horn.....select a tone.....configure the tone
to be a wav file in panel alarm cfg.......or can stay as just a tone (beep) if
you wish.....reboot when done...

Even without annun panels....use above to create the horn stuff

GCIO?

Question
How can I play alarms through the AW/WP70's speakers, rather than through a
GCIO?

Answer
For the AW/WP70, you can configure alarms to play through its speakers using
FoxPanels. Also, soft alarm panels can be custom designed, or emulate the form
and function of a standard GCIO. Information describing how to configure these
options can be found in the FoxPanels document, B0700BB.

Prior to configuring this setup, ensure the horn.cfg file is set up to allow
alarms to sound.

 Supporting Information
Here is a quick configuration procedure for simply playing alarms through an
AW/WP70's speakers.

Using FoxPanels configurator:

Select Workstation on top menu bar.
Select horns.
Select the Console Tab, then the System and Priority Alarms and tones you
desire.
Select the Sounds tab.
Select Tone 1
Select Play Wave file.
Browse to wav file you wish to sound. (Can Test when selected)
Repeat for each tone you are using.
Save info.
Reboot station.

output through the speaker output?
Cheers
