Ronald, In case you applied the Intelliadmin free DST patch to that machine (which is not necessary to do on the AW70 NT) then you can experience such effects. Reports on the TechRepublic site mentioned that some releases of the patch did not cover over 20 time zones outside North America and that definitely has the potential to mess up the AW's. In principle running the Intelliadmin patch install program and choosing the radio button for uninstall can make things reversible but I personally wouldn't trust this... = However, reports about the Intelliadmin DST patch show that it will work for your NT boxes that are not IA and are running in one of the North American time zones. To be fully thorough one should follow the Microsoft's KB articles and implement all the steps listed on the MS support site (including lots of registry changes). = Hope this helps, Alex Dumitru, Eng. Your best bet would be to have your instance configuration saved to an "inp" file (the diskette icon in the Historian Manager GUI) and then contact TAC to help you straighten things up. I have one aw70 that is trending data historically, but the data is offset by exactly 8 hours. When I call up a trend on this one aw I get a flat line from 8 hours in the past and current data begins to trend normally. Looking at historical data, the trends appear to be shifted 8 toward the past. The machine time is correct, and the time zone is correct. If I change the time zone to pacific (-8 hours) trending appears correct, but the time is off. I believe this is a time zone issue, but my understanding is its using (GMT) time and there should not be an offset at all. I checked the time zone, (tzedit.exe) and there is no offset there? Anyone have any ideas?=3D3D20 =3D3D20 Ronald G. Schafer 10026 Old Ridge Rd.
