First thought is that you should use SBXs to handle the error resulting from
the unavailable workstation. It could retry, or perhaps route the command
to another workstation. In any case, it should be employed to keep the Seq
block from failing.
Your SMS or email, and the overlay could then be triggered by the DMCMD
running a script local to the workstation (wp_applic, applic or run
commands).
