Nic,

Have a read of sol915 on the CSC website. It mentions 7 day hot remarries for
CP270s.

The same thing happens to all the CP270s at site here. If you look at your
smon_log closely, you'll see that they are EXACTLY one week apart. I always
assumed that this was a scheduled 7-day Hot-Remarry and that nothing could be
done to stop it. Please let me know if this is not the case ...

You could/should have your alarm messages sent to your historian.

You can review them there using any of a variety of tools from us or
third-parties.

The log is an alternative as mentioned.

Best,

Alex

Every week or so I get a system alarm for a CP. When I go into SMDH it just
shows the asterisk on the block. Is there a way to know what kind of alarm I'm
getting? The asterisk isn't much information. I don't see anything in SAL
either.
