I guess should have asked what IACC-CP file you were editing....

I love you Normand Bergeron, (but don't tell my wife I said so;<). You had the
answer. There are two IACC-CP files.
 I hate you Foxboro IA.
/usr/fox/sp/files/IACC-CP
does not get updated when you edit
/opt/fox/IACC/CoExistence/IACC-CP
and then run
/opt/fox/IACC/bin/IACCSafeguards.exe
You MUST go in and manually edit both files to make it possible to use IACC, at
least the first time. Whoever came up with that solution should be burned at
the stake;<). What a kludge.

It still doesn't resolve my other problem which is:
I can't add the new CP into the existing IACC database because IACC will only
allow import of a SYSDEF export if the IACC database is empty. If I try to add
the new station to IACC using IACC's pseudo SYSDEF the FTMAC address is
different than the FTMAC address generated during the commit on the CP's host
AW and you can't change the FTMAC in IACC's pseudo SYSDEF to match the FTMAC
generated during the commit. What a mess.
However, I don't want to shoot the messengers. It was the help of all who
responded that got me this far. Many thanks.
