Have you tried:
First, xrebuild instname 0 for RTP files. Can omit the 0 and this is default.
Then xrebuild instname 4 for messages

Dear all
We have foxboro AIM 3.4.3 installed and there is some historical recorded
files for RTP and Massage.
We did xrebuild on the massage
( xrebuild instname 4) and ( xrebuild instname 5). The process completed and
committed without any errors.
But when we open the AHD to display the historical alarms. Is says no alarm is
found.
I use the histspy to open the files and alarms are available.
Any idea why the historical alarms are not displaying??
