We have noticed that our thin clients, T740s, when they boot up default to a
"tempaccount" user. The screen says that the user name or password is
incorrect. If we click OK it allows us to choose Admin, User, or tempaccount.
If we wait, after a couple of minutes the screen times out to a background
image with the time. When we click the mouse or press a key, the login screen
reappears, but this time with Admin as the default login option. Admin and
User are the only two accounts available, "tempaccount" is no longer an option.
Are others seeing this? How do we get rid of the "tempaccount"? It doesn't
show up in the Windows/Users.
