[foxboro] Reduce IFL's for FBM

Hi,
Generally, in my job, the people configure the ladder like PLB's. (FBM217-
FBM242), but in the ladder for every motor it has spent 4 IFL's, leaving only
8 motors by FBM.
I've been thinking in try to reduce the number of IFL's for FBM. maybe, using
GDEV block, what do you think??, do you have any example that can help me?,
