Hello,
I want to implement a block increase function on a PID controller.  The method
I am familiar with is to connect the PID output through a switch to the high
limit connection.  When the switch selects the controller output the high limit
becomes the current output and the PID is prevented from increasing further.
Are there any issues with using this technique in the I/A system?  Is there a
better way to do this?

Thanks,
Cyrus Taft
