[foxboro] PC20 use with USB hart modem.

Has anyone tried and been successful in using a hart USB modem (MacTec/Viator)
using the PC 20 software? Seems it shows up as Com4 on the pc and the Readme
files says com4 can be used on PC20 software but no instructions on how to make
it work.
