[foxboro] Happy Birthday I/A!

I/A turned 20 yesterday. Sales release of the system (known during
development simply as "new system") was on April 1, 1987. I shall not
speculate on Foxboro's motives regarding the choice of April Fool's Day for
the release.
So happy birthday to our well-loved but often frustrating friend. Next
year you'll be old enough to share a beer with us!
