[foxboro] FBM1 responding strange

We have 100 series FBMs connected to CP60. One FBM1 was behaving strangely.
Its green LED was on while all it's I/O points were giving I/O bad alarm.
There was no red LED on the FBM1 module. We went to System Management and
changed the FBM1 to offline and then online and everything started working.
Does anyone has similar experience.
