We have had several failures recently of legacy FBMs of different types. They
fail red/green and the message is loss of communication. We found that in
almost all cases, that the FBM letterbug needed to be reseated or replaced to
get the FBM to work again. These FBMs have been in service for 6 to 7 years.
These FBMS are installed in 1X8 FBM racks inside Rittal cabinets in an air
conditioned environment. During our recent outage we checked the nosecone and
letterbug of all of our FBMs. While pushing on the letterbug we had 12 FBM's
(out of about 400) reboot. Have any others on the list experienced this? If
so, what have you done to correct it?

Thanks,
