[foxboro] CP60 Alarm Message

If the CP60's GR1DV1 is a typo or perhaps an AW's letterbug instead of the AW
- WP logical name, does the CP60 continue to try and send out the GR1 alarms
to this non-existent device or does the process mark the name as bad and stop
trying to send alarm messages?
