[foxboro] Advise for those migrating to FoxAPI 4.2.8

Hi Everyone,
Yesterday we migrated to the new FoxAPI since it was recommended for =
those using OSI-PI, as we do. I followed the instructions in the .txt =
file of the CAR, and expected everything to run smoothly. To my =
surprise, when we restarted the FoxAPI and the PI interfase, we had a =
big amount of tags in bad status (about 2000 out of 6000) on the PI =
side. The reason, after troubleshooting for a while, is that in the =
document item 45 "Special instructions for PI applications" -which I =
followed right away- it says you should include in foxapi.cfg the line:
"skip_om_read =3D 0"
where it should say:
"skip_omread =3D 0"
I noticed that in the same document, on item 3 "skip_omread" is typed =
correctly, which implies that if I double checked I could have avoided =
this problem. Anyway, changing this, everything returns to normal. If =
you are changing FoxAPI like we did, please be aware of the "typo" and, =
to Foxboro guys out there, please correct the text :))
